A Special Message from the President of QSAC's Board of Directors

July 21, 2017

It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Lisa Veglia as QSAC's Chief Executive Officer. Lisa brings to the job over 25 years of experience as a senior level manager, clinician, and educator.  Lisa has been at QSAC for many years serving in a number of capacities, and is well known in the field as one who advocates for people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as well as the Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who are the backbone of our support services. In her new role, Lisa will lead the organization as the field is transformed from fee for service to Medicaid Managed Care, to chaperone the organization in these changing times, and to be the agency's chief strategist. I along with the QSAC board of directors wish to congratulate Lisa on her appointment and are looking forward to working collaboratively with her to ensure access to supports for people with ASD and IDD remains strong and that QSAC continues to provide evidence based supports and to innovate.

I am also delighted to announce the appointment of Cory Polshansky as QSAC's President and Chief Operating Officer. Cory has been the engine behind QSAC's success; managing a large segment of its core business and administrative services. As the chief engineer of its growth over the past twenty years, Cory brings a dedication and tenacity that are critical to maintain and improve our service delivery system. In his new role, Cory will be involved in strategic planning and execution of our corporate solutions. We congratulate Cory on his new position and look forward to a fruitful collaboration.
