
Anthony Pavlacka, MA, BCBA, LBA
Director of Clinical Services, Residential
Anthony joined the QSAC team in July 2020 as the Director of Clinical Services for all residential programs. Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia College (New York) and his Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from New York University. Anthony completed his coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis through Florida Institute of Technology, eventually earning his BCBA credential. Anthony is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State. Anthony has a demonstrated track record across clinical and operational areas of human services. He has been committed to providing service and supports for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 10 years. Anthony is passionate about Organizational Behavior Management and applying the science of behavior analysis across wide areas of human services, pinpointing critical results and outcomes, and identifying the employee behaviors that reliably produce sustainable organizational success, all while bringing out the very best in people.
