Asunta Poonai began her career in 1995 serving individuals with Intellectual disabilities. She received her Masters Degree in Urban Studies/Public Administration in 2005 from the City University of New York, Queens College. Over the past 13 years she has served in an upper administrative role where she over saw the operations of both Residential and Day Habilitation Programs. In April 2015 she joined QSAC as the Residential Director of Region 3.
