Cynthia joined QSAC in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, Cynthia was promoted to Family Services Scheduler, Family Services Coordinator, Family Services Assistant Director, and most recently, to her current position of Director of Family Services (Administration). Cynthia oversees In Home Community Habilitation and Respite services. Cynthia studied Business Administration at LaGuardia Community College.
