Lou Costa currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at QSAC. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the State University of NY at Albany and his Master’s degree from L’Universita’ degli studi di Firenze and Middlebury College. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Certified Data Protection Specialist, and a member of several I.T. Committees with OPWDD constituents.
