Randolph Tancer, PHR, has worked in the Human Resources field for over 15 years. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Randy joined QSAC in 2011 as an Assistant Director of Human Resources, and in 2013 he assumed the Director of Human Resources position. He was named Senior Director of Human Resources in 2021. He earned his Master of Science in Human Resources Administration and Labor Industrial Relations from the New York Institute of Technology. Randy is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management – Long Island Chapter.
