Vicky Ramsay joined QSAC in 1994 and quickly rose to her current position as Senior Director of Billing and Family Services. Ms. Ramsay oversees Billing and Compliance with Payment Standards for OPWDD programs. In addition, she oversees Community Habilitation and Respite Services within the Family Services Department. Ms. Ramsay earned her bachelor's degree from Metropolitan College and her Master's in Public Administration from Baruch College.
