Yelena Dzhavarova serves as the Controller at QSAC. In her role, Yelena is responsible for the day to day operation of the Fiscal Department. Prior to joining QSAC, Yelena served as the auditor for Grassi & Co and Loeb & Troper LLP where she audited not-for-profit organizations, such as special needs, foster care, child welfare, healthcare, and educational organizations. Yelena received a Bachelor in Accounting from Queens College CUNY and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2011.
