About the Program
QSAC’s Preschool (CPSE) Evaluation Site is designed to offer comprehensive evaluations for Early Intervention children transitioning to CPSE or any preschool-age child with a suspected delay in cognitive and educational development, behavior, speech, OT, and PT. The program is available to children referred by the New York City Department of Education.
Service Description: Licensed and Certified Monolingual and Bilingual (Spanish) Evaluators for Speech, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and Physical Therapy are available to evaluate children between the ages of 2.9 and 5 years old.
Location: The QSAC Preschool Evaluation site is located in Douglaston. However, evaluations are conducted in the comfort of your home, daycare, or any other mutually agreed upon location.
Admission Criteria: The Preschool Evaluation Site provides evaluations for children suspected of having any disability or delay, not just autism.
We encourage all Preschool evaluation referrals and offer assistance with the CPSE process.
