Josh Lamberg – 2025 Person of the Year Award

As CEO and Founder of Signers National, Josh Lamberg has been a significant contributor and supporter to QSAC and its mission to provide programs and services to support the autism community and their families in the greater New York City and Long Island region.  Before founding his first independent venture, Lamb Insurance Services, the nation’s largest insurance broker dedicated exclusively to social service organizations, Josh developed his expertise in this space working for Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Liberty Mutual Insurance. As CEO and Founder of Signers National the holding company now includes Lamb Insurance Services, Convelo Insurance Group, Commercial Real Estate Insurance Services (CREIS), Commercial Auto Retail Insurance Services (CARS), and True Partners.

About QSAC

QSAC was founded in 1978 by a group of parents confronted with limited-service options for their children with autism. Today, QSAC provides direct services to more than 2,700 children and adults throughout the region.

QSAC pursues its mission through direct services that provide a supportive and individualized setting for children and adults with autism to improve their communication, socialization, academic, and functional skills using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Programs for children include early intervention, preschool, school, after-school, and in-home educational and support services. QSAC’s adult programs include supportive living, skill development programs, vocational training, job placement, and in-home services. QSAC’s programs provide supportive and trained staff, high-impact services, and a commitment to quality.
