2. Any ticket forms and money turned in after the closure of the raffle are returned to the buyer. All ticket forms are recorded in the order in which they are received. All ticket stubs purchased offline must be turned into QSAC’s Astoria administrative office (25-09 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106) or Manhattan administrative office (253 West 35th Street, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10001) no later than 5:00 PM ET on 六月 9th, 2025. 5. The QSAC, Inc., and Koeppel Auto Group Car Raffle drawing will be held no later than 9:00 PM ET on 星期二, 六月 10th, 2025. The purchaser of the winning ticket does not need to be present to win. The purchaser will be contacted using the information provided at the time of purchase.
