Due to inclement weather, all Offices, Day Habilitation, Pre-School, School and After School Programs will be closed on Monday, 2/23/26.
If you are not informed otherwise by QSAC, all offices and Programs will reopen on Tuesday 2/24.

All Day Hab staff should report to your pre-determined assigned group home. All staff working in a group home beginning Sunday, 2/22 at 3pm until Monday 2/23 at 5pm will be paid time and a half.

All Day Hab staff not reporting to a group home should NOT report to Day Hab.

Office staff should speak to their Assistant Director or Director about work from home options.

OPWDD Evaluation

QSAC offers FREE Psychosocial and Psychological evaluations completed for those that live in Queens without OPWDD eligibility or Medicaid.

Obtaining these evaluations will assist in determining if the child has a developmental disability & eligible for OPWDD supports and services.

QSAC provides evaluations for preschool age children and older.

Please have the following available as part of the intake process:

  • IEP
  • Any evaluations if completed
  • Updated medical
