Get Involved

At QSAC, we believe that every individual with autism deserves the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives and reach their full potential. We rely on the support of our community to make this possible. You can get involved with our mission and support the individuals and families we serve in many ways. Below are some of the ways you can support QSAC.

Corporate Volunteer Days

Your company can make a significant impact by participating in corporate volunteer days or by making a donation to support our programs. We welcome corporate groups to volunteer at QSAC to help with events or projects. Our team has experience hosting volunteer teams from leading Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. Contact our development team at donate@qsac.com to learn more about how your company can take part in volunteer opportunities at QSAC.

In-Kind Donations

We welcome in-kind donations of new items that can support our programs. However, we ask that individuals interested in making an in-kind donation contact our development office at donate@qsac.com to coordinate the donation and to confirm it is something that we would be able to accept.

Community-Based Volunteer Training Sites

Our day habilitation program provides community-based opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to learn and practice vocational skills. By becoming a volunteer training site, you can play a critical role in helping these individuals gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. QSAC staff accompanies all participants to ensure they receive the support and guidance needed to learn any tasks assigned to them. We also provide liability coverage to ensure a safe experience for everyone involved. To discuss this opportunity further, please email trainingsites@qsac.com.

Employment and Internship Opportunities

We are always seeking leads for employment and internship opportunities for people in our vocational rehabilitation program. If you business would be interested in meeting with some of our highly qualified candidates, please contact our vocational services team at accesvr@qsac.com

Host a Lunch-and-Learn

Looking for an engaging and informative way to enhance your workplace’s diversity and inclusion efforts? Look no further than QSAC’s Lunch and Learn series! Our experienced staff and self-advocates are available to present on a variety of topics related to autism and developmental disabilities, including best practices for supporting individuals with autism in the workplace. If you’re interested in scheduling a presentation, please contact Joseph Amodeo at jamodeo@qsac.com.

Other Ways to Get Involved

There are many other ways to get involved with QSAC beyond those mentioned above. For example, you can volunteer at one of our events, become a mentor, or make a planned gift to support our programs. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

We invite you to explore our website to learn more about our programs and services and how you can get involved. You can also email us at donate@qsac.com to discuss any questions you may have or how you can support our mission. Thank you for considering QSAC as a partner in your community involvement efforts.
