Lisa Veglia Honored by the National Organization of Italian-American Women

Lisa Veglia, the CEO of QSAC, was recognized as one of the Three Wise Women of 2024 by the National Organization of Italian-American Women (NOIAW). This award is given to women who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and make significant contributions to their communities.


The Three Wise Women of 2024 award ceremony was held at a gala event in New York City on Wednesday, March 6th at the Columbus Citizen Foundation. Lisa was joined by two other honorees who were recognized for their contributions to the community -- Maryalice Mazzara, Ed. D., Director of Educational Programs with SUNY's Office of Global Affairs, and Angela Christiano, Ph.D, the Richard and Mildred Rhodebeck Professor of Dermatology and Professor of Genetics and Development at Columbia University.
