QSAC’s Supported Employment Services, in collaboration with ACCES-VR, provide individualized, person-centered supports to assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment. Services are tailored to each individual’s strengths, interests, preferences, and vocational goals.
Through vocational assessment, job development, job readiness training, on-site coaching, and ongoing support, participants are guided through all phases of the employment process. Core Rehabilitation Services may include career exploration, skills development, workplace readiness training, and coordination with community partners to promote long-term employment success.
Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful employment outcomes that foster independence, self-determination, and community inclusion.
